The Ring Goes South pt 14

It has been a very hard day today.  The rain has been thrashing down on me!  Soaked right through to my hobbit skin, I am.

To make matters worse, I spied in the sky a horde of carrion, which soon hovered above me.  Spies!  I am sure that they must have been spies!  But who from?  The wife, Pashanor, maybe?  No, I don’t think she would resort to crows.  Ah wait a minute, could these be the same carrion from out of Dunland that came upon the Company as they reached Hollin?  It seems quite feasible, if my knowledge of the timeline of the quest is correct!

All in all, the ordeal has left me somewhat concerned for my safety.  I have therefore found myself some covered shelter for the night.  This should protect me both from the spying eyes of the birds, and also save me from a proper drenching whilst I sleep!

About The Pesky Dwarf Preservation Society

The Pesky Dwarf Preservation Society is a small kin located on the Gilrain server of Lord of the Rings Online. It was formed by guardian dwarf Pashrin Skullcrusher, in dedication to both the deceased petty dwarf Mim, and those dwarves of Thorin's company that narrowly avoided becoming a troll's supper. Although a small kin, it's members are busy questing and crafting, whether helping out the company of the one ring, or brewing up a state of the art cup of tea. And you don't have to be a dwarf to join in their adventures.......
